This campaign will allow The Crib to launch a new series of monthly classes, recruit and train mentors for our clients, and expand our program to serve more families!
The Crib’s main program is a two-year curriculum that clients follow with the help of their program coach. Each area of focus has specific actions to be completed by the client before moving on to the next phase of the
program. The program encourages the clients to build confidence with small achievements early in the program. This helps them to reach their long-term goals over the two-year program. The areas of focus are as follows: Parenting, Career and Education,
Living Situation, Financial Management, Health and Wellness, Spirituality, Inspiration, Art, Community – Outreach and Relationships.
So far this year, three clients have applied for and received grants to begin college or career education programs, one client completed training to become a medical assistant, and two clients are working with career mentors
who assist them in pursuing financially sound careers. In addition, all clients focus on spending regular quality time with their children.
