The SolarBag has had hundreds of prototypes in use in a variety of countries and has generated enormous interest from AID organizations. We need to complete certification testing to EPA drinking water protocols, ramp up our production tooling, and get a
formal field trial started so we can support the interest in this product. These 3rd party tests and proof we can achieve volume supply are required by several organization before delivering to those in need.
Our tipping point goal will allow us to complete a bacteria and virus screening test plus Cryptosporidium testing at a test lab, and build some steel rule dies to automate the cutting of the SolarBAG.
The total goal will allow us to complete EPA protocol water testing at a certified lab, production tooling to die cut, print, and seal the components of the SolarBag, and to support giving away enough SolarBags to support a field trial with a partner organization.
