Repeat Roses takes the ordinary business of disposing waste and transforms it
into an exceptional, emotionally engaging experience benefitting the social good.
Why let beautiful flowers go to waste after the party is over?
It's easy to donate. It's kind to give. It's chic to share.
There are over 2.2 million weddings a year in the US.
Each produces hundreds of pounds of garbage, including thousands of dollars worth of flowers left behind and thrown out immediately after the event.
We are on a national mission to recycle wedding flowers, teach sustainability, deliver joy and improve emotional health.
By collecting floral centerpieces and arrangements that otherwise end up in the trash at hotels and special event venues,
Repeat Roses is able to extend the life of beautiful blooms and deliver a spot of joy to those who would benefit most in the community (typically our nation’s elderly, abused and sick).
In addition to the environmental impact and social good benefits we strive to achieve, we are committed to hiring local drivers from our partner non-profit organizations and shelters
that provide job training services to reintroduce residents into the workforce.
Repeat Roses provides concierge pickup service to remove hotel and wedding event floral arrangements, deliver joy to local residents and divert a significant amount of businesses' waste volume from landfills.
Our zero-waste service is designed to:
* collect and process all materials;
* evaluate and dismantle the arrangements;
* recycle the glass containers;
* compost the non-usable organic waste;
* refresh the flowers into multiple smaller containers;
* deliver the recycled blooms to residents in nursing homes, hospice care and family shelters;
* return to the non-profit organization to collect and compost all waste to keep tons of organics out of landfills that otherwise emit methane gas.
