About This Project

I'm Zane Dugger, a photographer who has set out on a philanthropic journey...


I am asking for donations to raise funds to purchase photography equipment to offset rental costs (which are very expensive!). By having my own equipment it will
decrease my overhead, which in turn will reduce the sales price of photos.Therefore I will be able to provide professional quality photos and services at a below-market rate that the young athletes, their parents and the High
School rodeo teams that hire contract help can afford. My focus is to always be able to produce pro-quality photos at an affordable price so that everyone will be able to have all of their precious memories, and so that these student athletes can grow and
progress in the sports they love.


■There is a need for quality photos to be below standard pricing to help offset the overall expenses these parents have for their kids competing in single or multiple sporting competitions.


■There is a need for me to step up/in as Joe Myers (current photographer who has been providing this service) will be retiring.


 God has put this on my heart to be able to pay it forward to the doors he has opened with

The journey has already begun! I currently have two
NTHSRA events booked and other events are requesting my services. It's time to get this outreach going! Please help my journey to come to life and begin pledging today.


I have invested $4,500 dollars of my money into cameras, computers, web site (annual subscription), software, and other equipment. The only thing missing is the additional funding to get the rest of the required equipment.


My Faith in following my dreams and putting this out there can be what God uses to push someone into their destiny!

Use Of Funds

$4,000 Tipping Point Goal

Let me start by letting you know that I am steadfast on accountability, and I will be up front and honest about where your money will go throughout the process and beyond.


Tipping Point:


Tipping point funds ($4,000) will cover the cost of required strobe/flash head units, radio transceivers, light stands, and other accessories/components necessary for flash equipment. This equipment is crucial for capturing the best action-stopping (sports)
photos at night and at indoor locations/arenas. These are the most expensive rental items (also the most expensive to repair if one flash gets broken) thus making this the first primary investment. It will definitely allow me to be able to provide my service
as mentioned above.



Some of this equipment has been priced to purchase in used condition to save on initial cost.

If I raise this amount, the campaign pledges will be processed into a business account. If not, no funds change hands.

 

Total Funding Goal:



The total goal (beyond tipping point - $14,760) will enable me to get the additional equipment that I would still have to rent (an overhead expense) if we only meet the tipping point; which include 2- camera lenses necessary to cover a wide range of photography
scenarios; like a full rodeo. A camera body that will reduce the amount of flash heads needed (the pros choice in action/sports photography) and provide me with a back up camera. It will also enable me to get required insurance to cover all equipment in this
investment, and a printer that will allow me to provide onsite sales at events which will increase the profitability and marketability, as well as meet the demands of today's clientele at these NTHSRA events, and others.




 

All of the above equipment is what I need to get this going and start being able to launch my dream and be able to begin the outreach and donations. Any additional funding raised beyond the final goal will go towards a new web site that will cut the annual
fees and expenses they charge me to produce and handle my own print orders,
as well as further reduce the cost of online sales to the customer.


We want to inspire people to keep giving beyond the tipping point goal.
