We (Ewart - aka -The Turkey Man, family and the GreenAg team) are inviting you to join our ethical organic community by supporting us to build an on-farm processing plant and to develop delicious, easy-to-use meal packages.
This will enable more people like yourself to access high quality, organic, ethically grown turkey products and to have an easy to prepare meal for those busy nights we all experience.
Too often we see antibiotic enhanced grains fed to turkeys and chickens that are being farmed in crowded and unnatural conditions.
At GreenAg, at no time during the growing or processing are there any added chemicals, preservatives, artificial colours or fillers. Our birds are kept calm and nutritionally sound by listening to baroque music while filling up on our own variety of home
grown and milled certified organic feed.
Our products are totally organic from paddock to plate.
As a result of our high standards and passion for what we do, more and more people are recognising the health benefits of adding turkey products to their weekly menu.

Hi, I’m Ewart Sylvester – aka the Turkey Man. My wife Suzanne, son Douglas and I are passionate about the organic lifestyle and firm believers in knowing what is in the food we eat.
After being in the agricultural industry for more than 30 years and experiencing health issues, I discovered the positive impact turkey meat could have on my health and that of my family and friends.
Together, we set out to explore the possibility of producing free range organic turkey and the rest, as they say, is history. From early beginnings producing small amounts to feed friends and family, the cry for turkey products has flown through the roof
(excuse the pun), as people recognise the versatility and health benefits of adding turkey to the weekly menu.
Our customers agree but in order to reach more of the market we need to extend our processing facilities. Because we are so firm about monitoring the feed and care of our turkeys, we also want to extend the rigours of our production into the processing by
bringing it on site to our farm.

We’re doing really well at what we do – growing and marketing premium organic turkey products. We sell our products across South East Queensland markets, through various outlets and also freight them into Australian capital cities. (Check our

We know what goes into the feed we give to our turkeys, and this is crucial.
The GreenAg Turkeys are fed an organic blend of grains and ingredients combined with nature’s gifts, of fresh air and sunshine with the inclusion of assorted traditional herbal plantings.

We use farming techniques that enhance the life of the bird. We don’t clip beaks or claws and we take both male AND female poults. Many turkey suppliers only take the males because they grow faster and they also clip beaks and claws. Not GreenAg – we want
our turkeys to live a free-range natural lifestyle on the farm.
Why we’re crowdfunding
It’s pretty simple really – the one part of the operations that is not handled by GreenAg is the processing and packaging; although we do send out orders from our facility.
We want to process our turkeys onsite to enable us to monitor the whole supply chain. That means we can maintain our high standards throughout the whole process.
That’s why we need your help - to raise funds so we can build a processing facility on the farm and control that last step in the supply chain.
We know our turkeys are treated well and the processing will be done with the same integrity and care that we do everything.
We understand that busy people such as yourself are time-poor and want convenient, healthy, easy-to-prepare meals.
We would also like to develop meal packages to help make it even easier to include the health benefits of delicious turkey meals into busy contemporary lifestyles. We have been listening and hearing people say they love using our website
recipes and products; we would like them to also be able to say that they love being able to grab a meal package out of the freezer on a busy night.
